Siemens Energy in Milan is seeking a Project Manager for the Electrification, Automation & Digitalization (EAD) division. You will take ownership from Sales handover through warranty, coordinating customers, suppliers, engineers and procurement across diverse industries.

You will report to the Head of the Project Management Team and ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding quality and profitability. Travel up to 40% within Italy; fluent Italian and English required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Project Management experience leading medium-to-large projects in international environments.
• Experience with complex EPC-type projects and/or customer-site commissioning is advantageous.
• Strong contract and claim management skills with handling contractual risks and changes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and align internal/external stakeholders on scope, schedule, and priorities.
• Own budget, schedule, resources and P&L to meet targets and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, opportunities, NCCs, and change orders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Technical teams to forecast revenue and ensure project execution.
