Siemens Mobility is seeking a Project Engineering Manager for Electrification & Automation to drive the execution of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects. You will coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics, ensuring schedule adherence and profitability while collaborating with customers and suppliers across sites.

The role requires 3+ years in project management in electrical or power distribution, a related degree, fluent Italian and English, and willingness to travel to

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in project management within the electrical or power distribution sector.
• Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Lead the execution of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects in accordance with contractual, technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities while managing project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with customers, Siemens factories, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and technical compliance.
