Siemens is seeking a Project Engineering Manager to drive Medium Voltage Switchgear projects in Italy. You will lead project execution, coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics, and collaborate with customers, factories and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and profitability.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in project management within electrical or power distribution, a technical degree, and fluency in Italian and English.

Competenze

• At least 3 years of experience in project management within the electrical or power distribution sector.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering or equivalent technical background.
• Knowledge of Medium Voltage switchgear and power distribution systems.
• Strong customer-facing, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Availability for travel to customer sites, factories and suppliers when required.

Mansioni

• Lead the execution of Medium Voltage Switchgear projects in accordance with contractual, technical and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, manufacturing and logistics activities while managing project schedules, budgets and forecasts.
• Collaborate with customers, Siemens factories, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure successful project delivery and technical compliance.
