Siemens Software in Milano seeks a high-energy Program Manager to oversee electronic design services projects within the Consulting Services team. You will lead cross-functional efforts with account teams and technical leads, translating customer requirements into compelling proposals and guiding projects from scoping through delivery.

Responsibilities include governance, KPI tracking, risk management, and cultivating strategic customer relationships to ensure renewal of service contracts.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience leading complex electronic design projects from concept to completion.
• Deep understanding of the PCB development lifecycle (design, layout, libraries, NPI).
• Proficiency in High-Speed Design (HSD) analysis and related tools.
• Experience with cloud-based solutions, SaaS deployments, or managed services in EDA/PCB domains.
• Awareness of data security, compliance, and scalability for cloud-hosted PCB environments.
• Strong customer-centric approach with proven engagement and renewal management.
• Solid governance knowledge across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods.
• PMP or PRINCE2/Agile certifications preferred.

• Collaborate with account teams and technical leads to drive sales campaigns and opportunities.
• Capture objectives and requirements from customers using service offerings input forms.
• Lead scoping with technical leads and translate requirements into project estimates and proposals.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans (scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverables).
• Manage project execution, ensuring adherence to plans, quality, and customer expectations.
• Implement governance frameworks, track KPIs, and provide data-driven reports on status, risks and progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, escalate when needed to ensure success.
• Maintain strategic customer relationships and act as main point of contact throughout lifecycle.
• Champion continuous improvement in processes, tools, and metrics to raise efficiency.
