Siemens Energy S.r.l. in Milan is seeking a Project Manager within the Electrification, Automation & Digitalization (EAD) team.

You will take ownership of complex, high‑impact projects from handover from Sales through to the start of the warranty phase, leading multidisciplinary teams across Marine propulsion, Process Industries, Chemicals and Oil & Gas. Fluent Italian and English, 5+ years of PM experience, PMP/IPMA preferred, and willingness to travel up to 40% within Italy are required.

Competenze

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, independently managing medium to large projects in an international environment.
• Experience with complex/EPC-type projects and/or customer-site commissioning is an advantage.
• Strong contract and claim management skills with hands-on experience managing risks, changes and claims.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; IPMA Level C, PMP/PMI or equivalent certification preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills for leading multidisciplinary teams.

Mansioni

• Autonomously lead the execution of assigned projects from handover to warranty start, ensuring performance, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal/external stakeholders on scope, schedule, and deliverables.
• Own project budget, schedule, resources and P&L, and drive revenue forecasting and procurement alignment.
• Proactively manage risks, opportunities, NCC, claims and change orders; drive recovery actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Commercial PM, Procurement and Technical teams for successful execution and client relations.
• Supervise suppliers/subcontractors and ensure adherence to safety, EHS and site risk assessments.
• Build strong relationships with Italian and international customers to protect profitability and contracts.
