Job summary

Alpitronic is seeking a driven professional to lead value management initiatives. You will coordinate cost reduction programs across R&D, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality and Product Management, and drive their execution with structured project management techniques.

You will lead the end-to-end deployment of the Valuemize platform, coordinating both internal teams and external partners, and define governance, roles, and workflows for the tool.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering or a related technical field.
• Project Management certification is preferred.
• Experience managing complex projects and programs, across cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with cost reduction, value engineering, product cost optimization, or continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate cost reduction initiatives across R&D, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Production, Quality, and Product Management
• Drive execution of approved initiatives through structured project management practices
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Valuemize platform within the organization;
• coordinate internal and external stakeholders involved in the implementation project
• Define governance, roles, responsibilities, and workflows associated with the use of the tool
• Prepare executive reports and management presentations on program status and results
• Establish standard operating procedures and best practices for value management activities

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & ST>KS

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial or Management Engineering or a related technical field
• Project Management certification is preferred
• Previous yearsof professional experience managing complex projects and programs,
• managing cross-functional projects and transformation initiatives
• Experience in cost reduction, value engineering, product cost optimization, or continuous improvement programs
• Experience implementing business processes, digital tools, or enterprise software solutions is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies; p
• ractical experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or equivalent platforms
• Understanding of product cost structures, business cases, and financial analysis; f
• amiliarity with Value Engineering (VE) and Value Analysis (VA) methodologies
• Fluency in English, Italian and/or German as an advantage

• Total compensation starting from € 52.000 gross per year, including a 20% variable bonus based on goal achievement

Final compensation may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and the scope of responsibilities.
