Job summary

Alpitronic seeks a talented Full Stack Developer to design and build our next-generation platform. You will architect and deliver scalable end-to-end solutions across the stack (React/Next.js, C#, PostgreSQL), owning features from concept to deployment.

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment, upholding code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD practices to keep the system robust and maintainable.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with React/Next.js and C#.
• Experience with PostgreSQL; Vue.js/Nuxt.js is a plus.
• Strong web tech: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Designing RESTful APIs and understanding software architecture.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines; testing emphasis.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is an advantage.

Job description

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a key role in designing and building our next-generation platform. You will architect and deliver modern, scalable, and resilient end-to-end solutions that support our product long term.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable web applications across the full stack (React/Next.js, C#)
• Take technical ownership of features and systems from concept and architecture through implementation, testing, and deployment
• Design and manage PostgreSQL database solutions, including data modeling, performance tuning, monitoring, and security
• Define, document, and promote best practices for full-stack development, code quality, testing, and CI/CD workflows
• Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor other developers
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment
• Identify performance bottlenecks and implement robust, scalable solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software bugs, production issues, and architectural challenges
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies, tools, and practices to improve the development lifecycle

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Previous relevant professional full-stack development experience, ideally with strong expertise in React/Next.js
• Experience with C# and PostgreSQL; familiarity with Vue.js/Nuxt.js is a plus
• Deep understanding of modern web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and integrating RESTful APIs
• Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, clean code principles, and automated testing
• Hands-on experience with Git and modern CI/CD pipelines
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and drive initiatives to completion
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English; knowledge of Italian and/or German is an advantage
