Job summary

Alpitronic, based in Bolzano, Italy, seeks a Software Scrum Master to drive agile practices in the R&D software team. You will coordinate tasks, monitor timelines, and align priorities with team leaders while ensuring the budget is respected.

The ideal candidate has a strong embedded software background, excellent communication, and a Scrum Master certification is a plus. English fluency is required; Italian or German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or Management Engineering.
• Proven previous experience as SW Scrum Master, ideally withing a tech engineering company.
• Strong embedded SW backgrounds.
• Strong planning and task management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with agile framework; Scrum Master certification is a plus.
• Very good command of English; Italian and/or German are an advantage.
