Iveco Group apre una posizione di Project Manager nel campo automotive, con responsabilità di guidare progetti di sviluppo in veicoli e sistemi elettronici. L’obiettivo è migliorare sicurezza, stabilità e controllo dei veicoli attraverso l’integrazione di sistemi avanzati e una gestione impeccabile del ciclo di vita del progetto.

Il ruolo prevede pianificazione, gestione di budget e risorse, gestione stakeholder, analisi dei rischi e assicurazione qualità, con forte orientamento alle metodologie

Competenze

  • Laurea magistrale in ingegneria elettronica o meccanica.
  • 5-10 anni di esperienza come Project Manager in progetti automobilistici.
  • Conoscenze solide di tecnologie automotive e integrazione software.
  • Esperienza nell'interfacciarsi con OEM e partner esterni.
  • Ottima padronanza dell'inglese.

Mansioni

  • Pianificazione dello sviluppo di piani di progetto completi, definendo scope, obiettivi, tempi e risorse.
  • Gestione del budget e delle risorse del progetto.
  • Gestione degli stakeholder interni ed esterni e monitoraggio dell’avanzamento.
  • Gestione di rischi e qualità per assicurare consegna conforme agli standard.
  • Supporto tecnico con conoscenze di automotive embedded e cicli di sviluppo.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing development projects in the automotive field aimed at integrating Pirelli systems inside series vehicles. The mission is to enhance safety and driving experience by creating state-of-the-art technologies that empower vehicles to navigate diverse driving conditions with optimal stability and control.

YOU CORE ACTIVITIES
  • Project Planning: Lead the development of comprehensive project plans, defining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation for vehicle stability and control systems projects. define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on project goals, progress, and addressing any concerns or changes proactively. manage project budget
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to project execution and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Budget Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenses, ensuring financial targets are met, and resources are utilized efficiently.
  • Quality Assurance: Uphold rigorous quality control processes, ensuring that vehicle stability and control system solutions meet and exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Technical Expertise: Leverage your deep understanding of automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics, stability control, automotive embedded SW with related V-cycle development processes and related technologies to provide guidance and support to the project team.
  • Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team, encouraging novel ideas and creative problem-solving.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Master's degree in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
  • 5-10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on automotive projects on automotive electronic systems.
  • Strong technical knowledge of automotive technologies, software integration, multiple parties projects, A-SPICE, Functional safety and Cybersecurity methodologies.
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
  • Prior experience in interfacing OEM customers and external partners
  • Excellent proficiency in English.
WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION
  • Project Management (PM) certification is required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards project objectives.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent decision-making abilities.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
  • The employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement
  • The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 50,000.
  • The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications
  • The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
