Pirelli & C. S.p.A. is seeking an experienced Project Manager for automotive development based in Milano, Italy. The role focuses on integrating Pirelli systems into series vehicles, enhancing safety and driving performance through advanced stability and control technologies.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and collaborate with OEMs and external partners. A PM certification and strong English are essential.

Competenze

• Master's degree in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering.
• 5–10 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in automotive projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive technologies, software integration, and multi-party projects.
• Experience interfacing OEM customers and external partners; fluent in English.

Mansioni

• Lead development project plans, scopes, timelines and resources for vehicle stability and control systems.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders, align goals and monitor progress.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and budget impacts.
• Oversee budgets and resource utilization to meet financial targets.
• Ensure quality assurance processes meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Provide guidance on automotive engineering, vehicle dynamics, and embedded software in V-cycle processes.
• Foster innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
