Iveco Group è alla ricerca di un Maintenance Subject Matter Expert da inserire nel team di Continuous Improvement all’interno della funzione Manufacturing. Ruolo chiave per sviluppare sistemi, migliorare la manutenzione e guidare progetti con focus sulla riduzione dei costi e sull’affidabilità delle macchine.

Competenze

• Almeno 10 anni di esperienza in manufacturing, con significativa esperienza in manutenzione e Lean.
• Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria o Manufacturing Management.
• La fluency in English; altre lingue parlate dai plant Pirelli sono considerate un plus.
• Buona conoscenza dei sistemi di miglioramento della produzione.
• Capacità di lavorare in team internazionali.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare.

Mansioni

• Sviluppare e mantenere standard e metodi relativi al miglioramento manutenzione e creare materiale formativo.
• Formare tramite la Pirelli Academy per creare competenza interna presso HQ e stabilimenti.
• Supportare i Plant Directors e i team di manutenzione per implementare standard secondo la Road Map di Pirelli, anche in missioni onsite.
• Identificare buone pratiche e promuoverne l'adozione in altri stabilimenti.
• Monitorare i progressi nell'implementazione PME e i risultati dei progetti.
• Assolvere il ruolo di valutatore durante gli audit periodici.

DRIVE YOUR FUTURE

The Maintenance Subject Matter Expert is a member of the central Head Quarter Continuous Improvement Team inside Manufacturing Function. Main objective is the development and successful implementation system, with focus on the continuous improvement of the maintenance, to achieve significant cost savings, improve the reliability and uptime of the machinery, the management of spare parts and the efficiency of the maintenance organization. The Maintenance Subject Matter Expert also supports the Pirelli Manufacturing Excellence (PME) team, a program focused on enhancing competitiveness and promoting a culture of continuous improvement across factories.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Developing and maintaining the standards and methods related to the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement stream and creating the associated training material.
• Serving as a trainer about Maintenance standards and improvement methods inside the Pirelli Academy, in order to create an adequate level of competence in the Head Quarter and in the Factories.
• Providing the necessary support to the Plant Directors, Maintenance stream leaders and improvement teams inside the factories, in order to successfully implement the standards and methods according to the Pirelli System Road Map, also through dedicated missions on site.
• Identifying good practices, together with the Stream leaders in the factories and promoting their implementation in other factories, whenever convenient.
• Monitoring the progress of PME implementation and projects achievements.
• Serving as an assessor during the audits, regularly performed in the factories.

Maintenance Subject Matter Expert:

• Develops an adequate level of competence about the Company organization, production process to support the successful implementation and the results of the continuous improvement as a whole.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a significative experience in maintenance and Lean management.
• Master's Degree in Engineering or Manufacturing Management.
• Fluency in English and other languages used in the Pirelli factories worldwide (German, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Chinese) are considered a plus.
• Sound understanding of Manufacturing Improvement Systems.
• Sound understanding of the Professional and Autonomous Maintenance improvement methods.
• Ability to work in international teams.
• Travelling flexibility.

WHAT PUTS YOU IN POLE POSITION

• Has a technical background, reinforced by shop-floor practice, that will enable creative and cost-effective solutions applying the Maintenance improvement principles.
• Is a leader in the implementation of the continuous improvement system worldwide, capable of interacting with all levels of the organization.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE

• The employment contract will be regulated by "Gomma Plastica" National Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• The gross annual base salary (RAL) offered will be no less than € 55.000.
• The Company is committed to offering a competitive compensation package and, following the selection process, may propose a final gross annual base salary above the stated level, commensurate with the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
• The position's compensation package also includes a variable component and a competitive welfare and benefits offer. Further details will be provided at a later stage and will be subject to the applicable Company policies.
