Job summary

TeamSystem S.p.A. in Lombardia is seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive delivery across diverse initiatives within our international technology group.

You will coordinate end-to-end projects, align with business goals, and foster cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders. You will define scope, timelines, and priorities, monitor risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while leveraging AI-powered tools to optimize decision-making and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in Project Management roles.
• Lead projects end-to-end from planning through delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience managing risks, issues, dependencies and priorities.
• Analytical, problem-solving and organizational capabilities.
• Comfortable leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and decisions.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).

Responsibilities

In particular, you will:

• - Total compensation: € 41.000 – € 52.000 Including a variable component linked to performance. Full‑time reference.
