You will bring 10+ years of software engineering experience, deliver high-quality outcomes, manage risk, and champion an engineering culture that aligns with business goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with leadership of engineering teams.
• Strong software development background; able to guide architecture, platform, and product evolution.
• Cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and modern software delivery practices.
• Broad exposure to software development, data and infrastructure to collaborate across domains.
• Experience aligning engineering with product strategy and business goals.
• Experience in a product-centric environment and building scalable digital products a plus.
• Proven ability to evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools to improve efficiency.

In particular, you will:

• Lead, coach and grow a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and accountable engineering culture.
• Partner with Product Managers and other stakeholders to define priorities, goals and delivery plans aligned with business and organizational objectives.
• Drive the successful execution of engineering initiatives, removing blockers, managing risks and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership and strategic direction, supporting architectural decisions, technology evolution and engineering best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with product vision, customer needs and business goals.
• Contribute to hiring, talent development, resource planning and continuous improvement initiatives to support the long-term growth of the engineering organization.

What skills are we looking for?

• At least 10 years of experience in software engineering, with a proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex technology initiatives.
• Strong software development background and the ability to provide technical leadership across architecture, platform and product evolution.
• Solid experience with cloud-native technologies, distributed systems and modern software delivery practices.
• Broad exposure to software development, data and infrastructure technologies, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams across different domains.
• Demonstrated ability to align engineering execution with product strategy, business goals and organizational priorities.
• Experience working in a product-centric environment and building scalable digital products will be considered a strong plus.
• Proven ability to evaluate and adopt AI-powered tools and practices to improve engineering effectiveness, team productivity and software delivery outcomes.
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
