Prysmian is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead HSE activities on Milano-based projects, ensuring ISM, SOLAS and MARPOL compliance. You will drive risk assessments, audits, training, and continuous safety improvements across onshore/offshore environments.

The role requires a Master’s in engineering with 5–7 years HSE experience, strong Italian/English communication, and a proactive safety culture leadership mindset. Local operations and remote-flexibility are part of the package.

Competenze

• Master's degree in mechanical, chemical, safety or environmental engineering.
• 5–7 years of HSE experience onshore/offshore, safety culture driving.
• ISO 45001 and ISO14001 knowledge; lead auditor certification.
• Knowledge of Italian and UK HSE legislation is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, communication and leadership in safety initiatives.

Mansioni

• Plan, implement and supervise all HSE activities on projects.
• Lead risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP and incident investigations.
• Ensure ISM Code, SOLAS, MARPOL and maritime regs compliance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing HSE teams and local offices.
• Deliver project-specific HSE training and promote safety culture.
