Prysmian Group in Milano is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental efforts across our projects. You will implement HSE strategies, drive risk assessment activities, and foster a strong safety culture among teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
We expect a Master’s degree in engineering and 5–7 years of HSE experience, with ISO knowledge and incident-investigation skills. The role offers permanent, full-time employment with competitive compensation and benefits.
We are looking for a Project HSE Manager to join our office in Milano A Project Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager supports the company in ensuring that everyone involved in a project works safely, protects their health, and minimizes environmental impact. They identify potential risks, implement effective preventive measures, and foster a culture where people take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others. Their objective is to contribute to the successful delivery of projects while preventing accidents, injuries, and unnecessary impacts on the environment and local communities.
