Prysmian Group is seeking a Corporate Safety Manager to drive the deployment of the Group HSE Strategy across regions and sites from Milan. The role focuses on governance, policy development, and continuous safety improvement in a manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate global safety data, lead risk assessments, and support sustainability and ESG reporting related to occupational health and safety. The position requires strong leadership, collaboration across functions, and international

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline.

Mansioni

• Define, implement and continuously improve Global HSE Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Operating Instructions.
• Coordinate collection, validation, and analysis of global safety data and KPIs.
• Lead global safety improvement projects and promote best practices across regions.
• Audit, assurance and compliance activities including corrective/preventive actions.
• Develop and deliver global HSE training programs and awareness campaigns.
