Prysmian Group in Milano is seeking a Project HSE Manager to lead health, safety and environmental efforts across our projects. You will implement HSE strategies, drive risk assessment activities, and foster a strong safety culture among teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.

We expect a Master’s degree in engineering and 5–7 years of HSE experience, with ISO knowledge and incident-investigation skills. The role offers permanent, full-time employment with competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• Fluent in English and Italian as working languages.
• Master degree in mechanical/chemical/safety/environment engineering.
• 5–7 years of HSE experience, onshore and/or offshore, preferred.
• ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 knowledge with lead auditor traits.
• Incident investigation techniques such as TapRooT/Kelvin Top Set.
• Understanding Italian HSE legislation; UK knowledge is a bonus.
• HSE risk assessment techniques (ISO 31000) desirable.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise HSE activities across projects.
• Lead risk assessments, HAZID/HAZOP, and corrective actions.
• Promote safety culture with project teams, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure ISM, SOLAS, MARPOL awareness in vessel operations.
• Develop and deliver project-specific HSE training programs.
• Audit HSE management systems and drive continuous improvement.
