Saipem in Milano is seeking a PROJECT HSE ENGINEER to join its HSEQ function. You will support the development and management of the safety management system across EPIC projects, contributing to a safer, compliant energy transition.

The entry role requires 1-3 years in similar roles, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering or Sciences, and English at C1 with solid MS Office skills. Availability for medium-long term assignments abroad and a proactive mindset are valued.

Competenze

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Geology or Sciences.
• Background: 1–3 years of experience as Project HSE Engineer or similar roles.
• Languages: English language advanced written and spoken (C1).
• Technical/IT: Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package.
• Soft skills: Excellent communication, proactivity and ability to work in a multicultural team, autonomous and eager to learn.

Mansioni

• Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the Safety Management System throughout the EPIC project phases.
