Prysmian is seeking a Corporate Safety Manager to support deployment of the Group HSE Strategy and drive continuous safety performance improvements across regions and sites.

Responsibilities include developing global HSE policies, auditing compliance, leading safety projects, and analyzing safety data to inform executive updates. English fluency is required; international travel and a strong engineering/OHS background are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline.
• Professional HSE certifications are considered a plus.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are an advantage.

Mansioni

• Develop, review, and continuously improve Global HSE Policies, Standards, Procedures, and Operating Instructions.
• Lead and coordinate global safety improvement projects including behavioral safety initiatives and technology-based risk reduction programs.
• Monitor safety data, KPIs, and prepare executive reports and dashboards for Board-level updates.
• Audit, compliance management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
