Saipem is seeking a Project HSE Engineer in Milano, with 1-3 years of experience in HSEQ for EPIC projects. You will support the safety management system development and participate in the energy transition program and Master HSEQ Marco Satta.

The role offers a path to expand technical and managerial skills while working in a multicultural environment and potentially abroad, with a salary not lower than €38,000 per year plus benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Geology and Sciences.
• 1-3 years of experience as Project HSE Engineer or similar roles.
• English language advanced written and spoken (C1).
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package.

Mansioni

• Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety Management System throughout the EPIC project phases.
• During the first 6 months, attend the Management Systems in Energy Transition and Digitalization Master (Master HSEQ Marco Satta) start 2026/2027.
• Develop resources with multidisciplinary background oriented towards activities within HSEQ in the energy sector.
• Excellent communication, proactivity and ability to work in a multicultural team and autonomously.

AsPROJECT HSE ENGINEER you will join our HSEQ function to conduct HSEQ Project Management activities for the Group. In particular the specific tasks of the entry role will be:

Provide necessary support to ensure the correct development, management and improvement of the safety Management System throughout the engineering and development phases (EPIC Projects) of the project

During the first 6 months of employment, you will attend the Management Systems in Energy Transition and Digitalization for sustainable development 1st level master (Master HSEQ Marco Satta), going to start with the next academic year 2026/2027 by University of Pisa and organized by Consorzio Universitario in Ingegneria per la Qualità e l’Innovazione (QUINN).

The objectives of the Master Program in Management systems in energy transition and digitalization for sustainable development are to:

develop resources with a multidisciplinary background, with integrated and synergic areas of competence oriented towards activities within the HSEQ professional family operating in the energy sector, a rapidly evolving market that is increasingly aware of sustainability and energy transition issues;

provide fundamental technical and scientific elements to understand the industrial context in which Saipem operates;

develop management skills aimed at project knowledge and modules for basic knowledge of technological and digital innovations introduced in the energy sector.

What are we looking for?

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Geology and Sciences

Background: 1-3 years of experience asProject HSE Engineer or similar roles

Languages:English language advanced written and spoken (C1)

Technical/IT Knowledge:Familiarity with the Microsoft Office package

Soft skills: Excellent communication skills, proactivity and ability to work in a multicultural team as well as in autonomous way; Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
