Maersk is seeking a commercially driven Sales Representative for Project Cargo Logistics in Italy. You will identify, develop, and grow Project Logistics opportunities across key industrial sectors, engaging customers handling complex cargo movements and oversized freight.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions, manage the full sales cycle, and help Maersk expand its project logistics footprint with a customer-centric approach.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in logistics or related fields.
• Understanding of Project Logistics and heavy lift solutions preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.

Mansioni

• Develop new business opportunities within Project Logistics and Industrial segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer supply chain challenges and propose innovative Project Logistics solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Collaborate with product, operations, and customer experience teams to deliver service.
• Drive pipeline and maintain a healthy sales funnel via proactive engagement.
• Identify market trends, customer needs and competitive opportunities.
• Forecast accurately and manage pipeline in CRM.

• Attend customer visits, industry events, and networking to strengthen Maersk's market presence.
