A.P. Moller – Maersk is seeking a Project Logistics Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex project cargo operations in Italy with occasional coverage of Central Europe and Adriatic countries.

Ideally you have 5+ years in project freight forwarding, strong vendor relationships, and a customer-centric mindset. Proficiency in English and Italian, on-site availability in Genoa, and willingness to travel are required. Maersk offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in project freight forwarding.
Strong understanding of global supply chains and Italian project logistics market.
Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills in a multi-cultural environment.
Fluency in English and Italian (verbal and written).

Mansioni

End-to-end planning, coordination and execution of complex project cargo operations.
Prepare and maintain shipment documentation; escalate operational issues with mitigations.
Report milestones and status updates to customers; ensure on-time, cost-efficient execution.
Collaborate with customers, vendors, partners and internal stakeholders.
Source and procure according to global framework; evaluate proposals for value and quality.
Monitor CargoWise and project information from file creation to invoicing; ensure compliance.
