Seqwater in Australia is seeking a Program Planning Lead to drive scheduling leadership across capital and operational programs. You will monitor and optimise project schedules, identify critical path impacts and implement solutions to keep programs on track.

In this senior role, you will oversee schedule compliance, contribute to risk management, and provide planning insights to enable informed decision-making and successful delivery.

Competenze

• Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years' project scheduling experience within a major project environment, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Formal project management or scheduling certification - desirable.

About the role

As Program Planning Lead, you will provide expert scheduling leadership to support the successful delivery of Seqwater’s capital and operational programs.

Working closely with project teams, you will play a key role in monitoring and optimising project schedules, identifying critical path impacts and implementing solutions to keep programs on track. Working across complex projects, you will oversee schedule compliance and health reviews, contribute to risk management activities, provide timely planning and scheduling insights, and ensure project teams have the information needed to support informed decision‑making and successful delivery.

What you’ll bring

• Qualification in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
• 10+ years' project scheduling experience within a major project environment, preferably in a senior or lead role
• Formal project management or scheduling certification - desirable
