Seqwater is seeking an Enterprise Transformation Specialist to lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives across complex programs. You will align executive priorities, establish governance, and ensure benefits are realised to achieve strategic objectives.

The role embeds sustainable capability uplift and drives performance improvements across the organisation. This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with a competitive salary and 12.75% superannuation.

About Your Opportunity

As the Enterprise Transformation Specialist, you will lead the delivery of enterprise-wide transformation initiatives that drive strategic value and lasting organisational improvement. Working across complex programs of work, you will build executive alignment, establish effective governance and accountability frameworks, and ensure benefits are realised to achieve agreed business objectives. This role plays a critical part in embedding sustainable change, enhancing organisational capability and performance, and delivering outcomes that support Seqwater’s long-term strategic priorities.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and delivery of Seqwater’s enterprise transformation portfolio, translating strategic objectives, detailed diagnostics and benchmarking into a clear roadmap with a significant number of initiatives spanning the whole organisation.
• Establish and manage executive and workstream governance to ensure a data driven, problem solving and action orientated approach is maintained to achieve program goals.
• Drive successful execution across multiple transformation workstreams, ensuring alignment, collaboration, and delivery of agreed business objectives and benefits.
• Build trusted relationships with executive and senior leaders to influence decision-making, align priorities, and support the achievement of transformation outcomes.
• Support and drive the achievement of benefits realisation, monitoring progress, risks, dependencies across the portfolio.
• Apply data-driven problem solving and lead organisational change initiatives that remove barriers, improve business performance, and embed sustainable capability uplift.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Finance, Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading large scale, complex, multi-year enterprise transformation programs with disciplined stage gating and fast paced delivery.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple workstreams and deliver outcomes within large-scale, cross-functional environments.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical problem-solving, and benefits realisation expertise.
• Highly developed stakeholder engagement, influencing, and governance skills, with experience working closely with executive leaders, operational and functional leaders.
• Excellent storyboarding skills with the ability to distil complex scenarios into simple, insightful and actionable messaging.
• Demonstrated experience in a range of business improvement methodologies that would support a wide ranging transformation program.

This position will be offered on a full-time 12 month fixed term contract with a competitive salary, plus 12.75% superannuation.
