Seqwater is seeking a Principal Asset Management System leader to drive the strategic direction of its asset management framework. You will oversee lifecycle planning, investments and governance, delivering long-term value for Queensland communities.

The role requires senior experience in asset management within large infrastructure and a proven ability to translate system strategy into prioritised initiatives and improvement pipelines across planning, operations, and maintenance.

Competenze

• Senior experience in asset management within large, regulated infrastructure environments.
• Expertise in strategic asset management frameworks and the development of a Strategic Asset Management Plan.
• Design and governance of enterprise asset management systems aligned to ISO 55000 principles.
• Ability to translate system strategy into prioritized asset initiatives and improvement pipelines.
• Cross-functional engagement across planning, operations, maintenance and delivery functions.
• Highly developed influencing skills to drive alignment on lifecycle, risk and investment decisions.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capability using asset information.
