SDA Bocconi is seeking a Program Management Intern to support Executive Programs operations in Milan, coordinating calendars, syllabi, communications and participant experiences.

You will assist Faculty and participants, organize events, and help run the program’s educational journey. The role offers practical exposure, a structured internship, and collaboration with core services.

Competenze

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Italian and English.
• One year of proved experience abroad (for studying or working).
• Digital approach, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A people-oriented mindset with excellent relational skills.
• Proactive in problem solving, energetic in accomplishing tasks, team player, effective on the job.
• Strong sense of service, customer orientation.

For our Executive Programs, Research and Events Operation Office we are looking for a

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT INTERN

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting and championing our Executive Programs: she/he will learn to be the vital link between the School and our participants, working alongside the professional staff dedicated to orchestrating the operational success of all Executive Programs. She/he will help to set, organize and run the Executive Programs, ensuring seamless organizational support to Faculty as well as participants.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY/ACTIVITIES

• Provide organizational support for Faculty, craft course experiences that resonate (e.g. course calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants, etc.);
• Delight participants with top-notch customer care, ensuring a positive journey from the beginning of each class day
• Manage teaching materials and the dynamic e-learning platform of the Program
• Be in charge of the organization of company visits, study tours, seminars and course-related events;
• Manage evaluation procedures for courses;
• Collaborate with central services such as Marketing, Administration and Logistics;

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and in English
• One year of proved experience abroad (for studying or working or any other)
• Digital approach, working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• A people-oriented mindset with excellent relational skills.
• Proactive in problem solving, energetic in accomplishing tasks, team player, effective on the job
• Strong sense of service, customer orientation

WE OFFER

• A 6-month internship allowance of €1,000 gross per month and €8 meal vouchers per working day (Ticket Restaurant)

Place of work:

(3 days in office + up to 2 days of smart working after the first month)
