SDA Bocconi School of Management is hiring a Programs Management Specialist to support Executive Programs. You will be the essential link between the School and participants, organizing and running programs, while collaborating with Faculty and staff to ensure smooth operations.

Competenze

• Master's degree required.
• 3–4 years in education management, program coordination, or related fields.
• Excellent written and oral Italian and English communication.
• International exposure through study or work abroad.
• Strong MS Office and digital learning platforms knowledge.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-centric approach.
• Proactive, autonomous, and well organized in a dynamic environment.

Mansioni

• Provide organizational support for Faculty, crafting course experiences (calendars, schedules, syllabi, communications to participants).
• Deliver an outstanding participant experience throughout the program journey.
• Manage teaching materials and the program's e-learning platform with timely updates.
• Coordinate and oversee visits, study tours, seminars, and course events.
• Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Administration and Logistics to ensure smooth delivery.
