Bocconi University is seeking an administrative and events coordinator to join the Events & Protocol Office in Milan. You will provide administrative, organizational, and operational support across the team’s activities, combining event coordination with office administration and budget monitoring.
You will manage hosts/hostesses, coordinate suppliers, and help plan and deliver events from preparation to post-event follow-up, ensuring compliance with the University’s standards.

The role combines event coordination with office administration, budget monitoring, reporting, supplier management, and the coordination of hosts and hostesses. The successful candidate will contribute to the organization of Bocconi events throughout their entire lifecycle, from initial planning and preparation to on-site delivery and post-event follow-up, ensuring that all activities meet the University’s organizational and institutional standards.

Gross annual salary starting from €33.000. The final compensation package will be defined based on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall professional background, in line with the University’s fair, transparent, and non-discriminatory compensation principles.
