SDA Bocconi cerca un tirocinante Admissions per supportare l'ufficio Guidance, Recruitment e Admissions a Milano. L'incarico prevede compiti di revisione documenti, supporto alle interviste e gestione delle immatricolazioni.

È richiesto Master, ottima conoscenza IT e inglese, esperienza all’estero di almeno 6 mesi. Stage di 6 mesi con buoni pasto e strumenti aziendali, regime 3 giorni in sede + 2 in smart working.

Competenze

• Laurea magistrale conseguita.
• Ottima comunicazione scritta e orale in italiano e inglese.
• Almeno 6 mesi di esperienza all'estero per studio o lavoro.
• Buona conoscenza di MS Office e strumenti AI.

Mansioni

• Revisione della documentazione e dei requisiti dei candidati.
• Supporto operativo nell'organizzazione e conduzione delle interviste.
• Compiti operativi riguardanti valutazioni, decisioni e notifiche.
• Supporto alle attività di immatricolazione e gestione delle registrazioni.
• Gestione di ritiri e rimborsi degli studenti.
• Supporto alle attività di orientamento e ad altri compiti amministrativi.

For our Guidance, Recruitment and Admissions Office we are looking for an

ADMISSIONS INTERN

Areas of Responsibility and Activities:

• Review of candidates' documentation and requirements
• Operational support in the organization and conduct of selection interviews
• Operational tasks related to evaluations, decisions and notifications
• Support enrollment tasks and activities
• Management of student registrations
• Operational management of withdrawals and refunds
• Support for orientation activities
• Any other administrative tasks related to admissions

Requirements:

• Master's degree
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, both in Italian and English
• At least 6 months of experience abroad for study or work
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with AI tools
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving, dynamism, and the ability to work in a team
• Ability to work under pressure

We offer:

• A 6-month internship allowance of €1,000 gross per month and €8 meal vouchers per working day (Ticket Restaurant)
• Company PC and mobile phone
• Access to the SDA Bocconi training course platform

Place of work: SDA Bocconi, Via Sarfatti 10, 20136 Milan.

(3 days in the office + up to 2 days of smart working, after the first month)
