Gala Precision Engineering seeks an experienced candidate for shopfloor production and planning responsibilities in a multi-shift environment. You will coordinate 30+ workers per shift, drive daily and weekly production targets, and optimize shopfloor operations.

Strong knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, OEE and Lean Manufacturing is required, with readiness to work in a dynamic production setting. This role emphasizes hands-on planning and dispatch activities within an industrial facility.

1.5+ yrs experience in Shopfloor Production & Planning, 3-shift operations, manpower handling, daily/weekly production planning, OEE, productivity, mass production, production & dispatch planning, daily MIS, 5S, Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing.

Required Candidate profile

Experience handling 30+ workmen/shift, production targets & shopfloor operations. Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, OEE & Lean Manufacturing. Ready to work at Wada, Palghar, Maharashtra.
