Vertiv in Udine is seeking a Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations at the plant, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will plan daily production, optimize resources, monitor KPIs, and drive Lean initiatives.

You will manage about 60 operators across three shifts and collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering and Supply Chain to sustain continuous improvement. Fluency in English and a degree in engineering are required to ensure effective

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Management Engineering or a related technical field.
• Previous experience managing production within a structured manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of industrial KPIs, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement.
• Proven people leadership and organisational skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, Planning, Engineering and Supply Chain.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
