Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead technical capabilities at the Tognana Thermal Center of Excellence site in Piove di Sacco, Italy. You will own NPIs, productivity programs, and cost targets, coordinating with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement to deliver robust manufacturing processes and documentation.

The role requires a mechanical engineering background, strong English, and experience in CAD, PLM, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to manage projects and drive NPI initiatives.
• Experience with manufacturing cost targets and CAPEX investments.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Thermal manufacturing sites across EMEA.
• Define assembly and test processes for products.
• Ensure target costs are met with Engineering, Operations, and Procurement.
• Support Operations Excellence projects and CAPEX investments.
• Develop manufacturing methods and documentation; perform Make vs Buy analyses.
