Accessiway is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join our Internal Product Team in a hybrid Turin or fully remote setting. You will own cross-functional projects, optimize internal processes, and scale Product-Ops across Europe, including Italy, France, Austria and Germany.

You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, operations, sales, marketing and delivery teams to streamline workflows, measure outcomes, and drive efficiency across our growing European footprint.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops or Ops Excellence.
• Proficient with CRM, PM, ERP, workflow and AI tools.
• Fluent English required for multi-market collaboration.
• Adaptable, proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Results-oriented with a collaborative mindset.

• Owning projects end-to-end: ideation to implementation and optimization.
• Scale Product-Ops across Europe, standardising processes per market.
• Gather feedback from teams to identify improvements.
• Ensure processes align with strategy and communicate updates.
• Provide structured reporting and analysis on delivered projects.
