Accessiway is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join our Internal Product Team in a hybrid Turin or fully remote setting. You will own cross-functional projects, optimize internal processes, and scale Product-Ops across Europe, including Italy, France, Austria and Germany.

You’ll collaborate with developers, product managers, operations, sales, marketing and delivery teams to streamline workflows, measure outcomes, and drive efficiency across our growing European footprint.

Competenze

• 3+ years in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops or Ops Excellence.
• Proficient with CRM, PM, ERP, workflow and AI tools.
• Fluent English required for multi-market collaboration.
• Adaptable, proactive with strong problem-solving abilities.

Your Mission at Accessiway

You will be part of the Internal Product Team, reporting directly to the Internal Products Team Leader, focusing on:

• Owning Projects End-to-End: Managing projects on new processes, workflows, internal tools and systems — from ideation and analysis to implementation, monitoring of results and optimization.
• Scaling Product-Ops Across Europe: Implementing the Product-Ops strategy in Italy, France, Austria and Germany, standardizing processes and tailoring best practices to each market's unique characteristics.
• Listening & Improving: Gathering feedback from other teams on customer experience and internal processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Connecting the Dots: Ensuring processes are streamlined, aligned with company strategy and supportive of business objectives — and communicating internal product updates and releases to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Reporting that Matters: Supporting management with structured reporting and analysis on the projects delivered.

What We're Looking For In You

• You have 3+ years of experience in Operations, Sales/Revenue Ops or Operational Excellence roles (or similar), with proven experience in process optimization and cross-functional collaboration.
• A true tools power-user: deep knowledge of major CRM, project management, ERP, workflow and AI platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday.com, Notion, Make, Zapier, Airtable, ClickUp, Asana, Jira, Google Apps Script, Claude, Gemini, n8n).
• You are fluent in English: it's crucial for collaborating across our four markets.
• Adaptable & proactive: you're comfortable in dynamic, evolving contexts, you learn fast, embrace change as an opportunity, and don't just execute — you actively dig into problems until you find the best solution.
• You excel at simplifying: you can make even the most complex problems accessible, starting with simple and effective solutions before scaling up — with excellent problem-solving, organizational and decision-making skills.
• Results-oriented & collaborative: you value efficiency without losing sight of quality, deliver on time under pressure, and see personal and business growth as a continuous process of learning.

We're pleased to share that the fixed salary range for this position is 25.000 - 35.000.

The final offer within this range will be determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria (including relevant experience, seniority level, and skills required for the role) applied consistently to all candidates in accordance with our internal job evaluation framework. Candidates may request further information on the criteria used to determine pay progression within this range.
