Stealth Startup in Milan is seeking an ambitious, hands-on sales-focused candidate to own full-cycle outreach. You will build brand lists, conduct multi-channel outreach, and participate in live events across Europe while learning from the founders.

You will drive discovery calls, demos, and deals, feeding insights back to product and engineering. English fluency is essential; Italian is a plus as the team scales globally.

Competenze

• Fluent English; Italian is a plus.
• Bias to action, entrepreneurship, ambition and humility.
• Willingness to make hundreds of calls daily.
• Curiosity about AI and agentic commerce.
• Sales experience is optional; show drive by past initiatives.

Mansioni

• Build target lists of brands and find warm paths.
• Run outbound via email, phone and LinkedIn.
• Work in Milan offices; attend events in Europe and beyond.
• Lead discovery calls and demos with founders nearby.
• Close, onboard and feed learnings back to product and dev teams.
