Ariston Group is seeking a Product Manager Intern to support the management and development of the assigned product portfolio. You will collaborate with R&D, Marketing and Sales, handling analyses, reports and cross-functional projects in a global context.

You will work with Excel and PowerPoint to prepare dashboards and product reviews, contributing to lifecycle management and product documentation. The role offers a hybrid work model with two days of smart working per week at Fabriano (AN).

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Economics or other related business and marketing fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Dynamicity and proactivity.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Good relational skills, flexible approach and entrepreneurship.

Mansioni

• Analysis of market trends, customer needs and competitive landscape, collecting and structuring relevant market and product information.
• Perform sales, volume, price, margin and product mix analyses, using Excel or other similar tools, to identify trends and support business decisions.
• Product portfolio monitoring and lifecycle management, including product performance, range evolution and phase-in/phase-out activities.
• Prepare reports, dashboards and PowerPoint presentations to support product reviews, management meetings and business discussions.
• Collaborate with R&D and other cross-functional teams on product development activities, including minor product modifications, cost optimization and product improvement projects.
• Benchmarking activities, comparing product features, specifications, positioning and pricing against competitors.
• Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of product documentation.
