Kia Italia is looking for a Product Intern to join the Product Planning team in Milan. The role involves supporting lifecycle management, helping develop the Launch Plan for new products, and ensuring cross-functional execution with the Product Planning Manager.

You will contribute to in-life product performance, analyze data from HQ, and support pricing, profitability assessments, and ordering processes. Hybrid work and meal vouchers are part of the benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or related studies.
• Italian fluency (mother tongue or fluent).
• English fluent, spoken and written.
• Good numbers literacy and understanding.
• MS-office proficient.

Mansioni

• New products launch, contributing to the development of the new Launch Plan, and cooperating with their manager to ensure the cross-functional implementation of the plan.
• Management of in-life product performance.
• Collection and analysis of the information coming from Headquarter and internal processes.
• Management of leverages results from research and analytics to identify opportunities and propose actions.
• Support in pricing policy – updating price lists (VA) and Promo (TA) based on data.
• Assessment of profitability and issuance of price lists.
• Ordering process – ensure orders align with lineup strategy and economic results.
• Operational activities: OC N creation, Price Positioning Form, Pricing file, etc.
