Ariston Group is seeking a Procurement Intern to join the Procurement Central Team from its Italy plants. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, managing price lists, and ensuring timely shipments while supporting cost reduction initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Management Engineering or Economics and strong analytical and planning skills. English proficiency and MS Office are required; SAP R3 and SQL basics are a plus.

We are looking for a Procurementintern to join our Procurement Central Team. As a member of the Procurement team, you will perform fulfillment of Suppliers “Transformation & Packaging” category for all Ariston EU plants reporting to Buyer of Packaging , through commercial negotiation, price list management , ordering , operations monitoring, KPI follow-up.

Key responsibilities & accountabilities:

• Being the procurement reference point for internal functions;
• Support in negotiating contracts with suppliers;
• Support in monitoring and improving supplier performance (PPV DPO, service level, quality, etc.);
• Manage data inside SAP system (delivery plans, prices, code/supplier information, data analysis);
• Support in Benchmarking for PROC - Identify cost reduction opportunities and develop cost reduction plans;
• Support new products management (new codes, suppliers’ selection);
• Provide support to plants /production to make the shipment happen;
• Invoice issuing;
• Measure and compare Level of Service and Economics to target levels.

Analysis and planning skills, ability to manage time and consistently meet deadlines, problem solving and flexibility complete the profile.

English knowledge and good proficiency in the main MSOffice tools are basic requirements. Knowledge of SAP R3 and SQL basis is a plus.
