Ariston Group is seeking a Procurement intern to join the Procurement Central Team in Italy. The role covers supplier negotiations, price management, ordering, operations monitoring and KPI follow-up to improve efficiency across Ariston EU plants.

You will manage data in SAP, support benchmarking and new product codes, and help ensure timely shipments. English and MS Office proficiency are required; SAP R3 and SQL are a plus. Equal opportunity commitment is highlighted.

Competenze

• Degree in Management Engineering or Economics required.
• Strong analysis and planning skills with deadlines discipline.
• English knowledge and good MS Office proficiency expected.
• SAP R3 and SQL knowledge are a plus.

Mansioni

• Procurement reference point for internal functions.
• Support in negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Support in monitoring and improving supplier performance.
• Manage data inside SAP system (delivery plans, prices, supplier info).
• Support benchmarking for procurement and cost reduction plans.
• Assist new products management (codes, supplier selection).
• Support plants/production to ensure shipments.
• Issue invoices as needed.
• Measure Level of Service and Economics against targets.
