Ariston Group is seeking a Junior Product Specialist intern in the Home Energy Management and Demand Response area to support the Product Management team in defining and developing innovative HEM & DR solutions across the Ariston Group.

The role offers exposure to both business and technical aspects, enabling collaboration with cross-functional teams and contributing to shaping new solutions. Place of Work: Fabriano (AN). Hybrid work model: 2 days of smart working per week.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Engineering or Economics with a technical focus.
• Interest in Home Energy Management and energy systems.
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills; fluency in English and Italian; German a plus.

Mansioni

• Analyze market dynamics, customer trends and competitors to contribute to product insights and opportunity identification.
• Gather and structure business and functional requirements for HEM and DR solutions.
• Prepare product documentation, presentations and internal reports.
• Support project coordination by tracking tasks and monitoring progress.
• Collaborate with R&D, Connectivity and Electronics to follow development of product features.
• Participate in meetings and workshops with internal teams and external partners.
