Job summary

Baker Hughes invites you to join its Internship Program in Florence. This role within the Product Management Team is designed for students pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in cost analysis, data tools, and product economics.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop TCO methodologies, analyze data, and build user-friendly tools in Excel and BI platforms.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Maintain GPA >= 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Legally eligible to work in Italy without sponsorship.
Strong analytical and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) methodologies and lifecycle cost models.
Collect, analyze, and validate technical, operational, and commercial data.
Map cost drivers and define baseline assumptions for products and applications.
Develop and improve calculation tools using Excel and digital solutions.
Support scenario analysis, benchmarking, and data visualization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and validate assumptions.
Document methodologies, tools, and best practices.
