Qualifications

Currently enrolled or recently graduated in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
GPA 3.0 or higher (or equivalent).
Fluent in English and Italian, with strong communication skills.
Able to work in cross-functional, global-matrix environments.
Demonstrated proactive, accurate data processing and problem solving.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and coordinating material flow to support production schedules.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify bottlenecks and recovery actions.
Coordinate external suppliers andFarm-out activities as needed.
Monitor performance metrics and report on production status.
Support data analysis to drive process improvements and cost reductions.
