Baker Hughes in Florence, Italy invites applications for the Prototyping and Testing Operational Support Intern position. You will assist the Technology Testing Lab with prototype testing programs, cost control, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will gain hands-on experience and mentoring while building skills in Excel, ERP systems (Oracle), Power BI, and Python, and you will learn to manage budgets and operational data.

Competenze

• Pursuing or recently graduated with a related Bachelor's/Master's degree.
• Strong Excel skills and willingness to learn ERP systems (Oracle).
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI, Python).
• Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear written and spoken English; able to work in a team.

Mansioni

• Support day-to-day RDIs management, including Oracle activities and cost monitoring.
• Assist with resource planning, scheduling, and weekly operational reviews.
• Analyze and report operational costs for test benches and engineering teams.
• Support material replenishment, inventory tracking, and accounting reconciliation.
• Track project costs vs estimates and prepare cost reports for stakeholders.
• Provide on-demand support for internal material handling and cost reports.
