ABB is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to strengthen the Quality team in Italy. You will support the deployment of the Quality strategy, manage non-conformities, and act as the reference for customers during audits to ensure compliant practices.

You will collaborate with local functions, suppliers, and global customers to achieve world-class quality and continuous improvement, working onsite to drive measurable outcomes.

Competenze

• Master Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Knowledge of quality control processes & methodologies and of Statistical Analysis.
• Excellent knowledge of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Positive spirit, proactivity, teamwork, comfortable with an international organization and different time zones.
• Commitment to deliver results by taking responsibility to execute tasks and projects under deadlines.

• Manage the non-conformity incidents and coordinate with other functions, suppliers and global customers.
