Job summary

ABB in Italy seeks a Project Engineer to coordinate analytical project aspects and support Project Managers in management and execution. You will execute work packages, ensure compliance with internal directives, cybersecurity standards, and contractual requirements, and communicate with stakeholders.

The role is hybrid, requiring at least 4 years in process automation with instrumentation and analyzers systems; a degree in Chemical or Electrical engineering and fluency in English and Italian

Ensures compliance with National and International Engineering standards, rules and directives to fulfill contractual requirements.Conducting analysis of planned versus actual project performance under the supervision of the Project Manager or the Engineering Manager • Prepares materials and assists in project reviews.Issuing, monitoring, controlling, and releasing requests of orders (RDA) based on project specifications assuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. Communicating appropriate information to project stakeholders effectively.Taking necessary actions (when appropriate and in collaboration with the Project/engineering management) to mitigate project HSE risks.Defining and applying basic project planning techniques on ongoing projects and driving the updating process.
