Job summary

You will gather customer requirements, work with Product, Tech, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to define what the offering should do, how it is packaged, and how to explain it.

This is a non-commissioned product role focused on requirements, usability, and adoption, with regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Approximately 5+ years in business development or related customer-facing product roles.
• Strong discovery, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to influence across functions without direct authority.
• Knowledge of technical, regulatory, or software-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document customer requirements and use cases for product decisions.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and advise on packaging and pricing.
• Lead product discovery sessions focused on customer problems.
• Support launch and track offering performance with data.
