The Position

Are you a strategic data leader ready to revolutionize digital analytics within the Southern Europe market? Join our team in Milan as a Lead Data & Analytics Consultant during an exciting period of rapid growth.

In this senior role, you will evolve your mindset from tactical business planning to high-level business strategy. You will be directly responsible for growing key client relationships (in collaboration with Incubeta client teams), developing their marketing intelligence maturity, and positioning our data and analytics expertise to maximize business value. By tracking how Incubeta's Marketing Intelligence proposition helps clients attract, convert, and delight their target customers, you will provide the visionary recommendations necessary to keep them competitive.

Role and Responsibilities

• Own the long-term strategic roadmap for your portfolio, proactively identifying opportunities to upscale client data maturity and driving the expansion of Marketing Intelligence services to maximize account growth.
• Act as the primary advisor for key decision makers, acting as a strategic partner.
• Define and oversee the overarching delivery strategy for all projects within your portfolio, ensuring technical excellence and business relevancy.
• Own and animate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for MI clients, translating complex data outcomes into clear business value and future investment cases.
• Lead high-impact workshops (Discovery, Ideation, Roadmapping) to align client stakeholders on long-term data and AI visions.
• Manage, mentor, and guide the consultants dedicated to your account & projects, ensuring their professional growth and the quality of their day-to-day deliverables.
• Direct high-complexity initiatives, with a specific focus on Agentic AI implementation and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Address high-level roadblocks in digital activity management and ensure that data architectures are built to scale with the client’s business objectives.

Your profile

• 5-7 years of experience in digital analytics or strategic consulting, with a clear track record of managing and growing client accounts/portfolios.
• Demonstrated experience in managing consultants or cross‑functional teams in a project environment.
• High proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (GA4, GTM, SA360) and Google Cloud (BigQuery), specifically in how they integrate to create a 'Marketing Intelligence' ecosystem.
• Expert level in business analysis frameworks and translating technical KPIs into P&L impact.
• Sound understanding of the Southern European/Italian advertising landscape, including tech providers, agency dynamics, and the shift toward privacy‑centric data.
• Fluent in Italian and English (professional/strategic level). Additional European languages (Spanish, Portuguese) are a distinct advantage.
• Advanced certifications or equivalent experience in managing high‑stakes, multi‑layered data projects.
