Job summary

Flutter International is seeking a Business Change Lead Specialist for the Group Procurement function in Italy. You will drive change management activities across the SEA region, translating programme objectives into actionable plans and embedding new ways of working.

You will shape engagement, communications and training, build influential relationships with stakeholders, and track change effectiveness, with a hybrid working model and a fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Change Strategy and Planning: develop and implement detailed change management plans aligned to the programme plan.
• Change advocate: champion change best practice and advocate for value of change.
• Stakeholder Management: build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and keep them engaged.
• Leadership and influence: represent business change in the programme and support behaviour changes.
• Change Communication: develop the communications strategy and write clear, targeted communications.
• Training Development and Delivery: oversee training development and delivery with SMEs support.
• Hypercare Plans: lead hypercare and post-implementation support for adoption.
• Change Measurement: track effectiveness via metrics and colleague feedback.
