Job summary

Sisal Gaming, part of Flutter SEA, is seeking a Business Change Lead Specialist to drive change activities across the SEA region, deploying procurement programmes and embedding new ways of working.

You will translate objectives into actionable plans, shape engagement, communications and training, and build trusted stakeholder relationships while guiding colleagues through transitions.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of change management methods and practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation and emotional intelligence.
• Ability to build credibility and stakeholder relationships.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Proven leadership and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed change management plans aligned to the programme.
• Champion change and advocate for its value.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and keep them engaged.
• Represent business change within the programme and influence behaviour.
• Develop communications strategy and targeted messages for stakeholders.
• Oversee training content with SMEs to drive adoption.
• Lead hypercare and post-implementation support to drive adoption.
• Track change effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
