Job summary

Flutter Entertainment is seeking a Procurement Lead Specialist for the Southern Europe & Africa region, based in Italy with a hybrid working model. You will drive marketing procurement initiatives, analyze spends, and coordinate RFXs with Legal and Finance to ensure policy compliance.

You will work across categories such as Creative & Digital Agencies, Media, Events, Sponsorships, and Production, collaborating with international teams to optimize costs and supplier performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement with exposure to Marketing categories (Creative & Digital Agencies, Media, Events, Sponsorships, Production).
• Degree in Business Management, Engineering, financial, or commercial discipline.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and processes (Vendor Rating, Vendor Management, P2P).
• Office package proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and procurement processes including due diligence and contract management.
• Ability to analyze proposals and cost structures to support negotiations and supplier selection.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Self-starter, proactive, organized and results-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute Marketing Procurement initiatives from spend analysis and sourcing through negotiation and contract finalization to achieve cost efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders during RFX processes, working with Legal and Finance and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
• Support Marketing Procurement activities across categories such as Creative & Digital Agencies, Media, Events, Sponsorships, and Production.
• Drive multi-country RFX and negotiations within Flutter Global and SEA regional teams, sharing best practices.
